You can make this recipe with fresh or desalted cod, monkfish cocochas, and hake. First wash and dry the fish well, then season it with our sauce and salt it, coat it in flour and egg, fry it in plenty of hot oil and it is ready to eat.

First you have to remove the scallops from the shell, using a knife; Afterwards you have to clean them well, both the scallops and the shells, so that they do not contain sand. Put the scallops in a container and water them with our Garlic and Parsley Adobo Sauce. In a frying pan or griddle, add oil and wait until it is very hot. When it is very hot we put the scallops already seasoned with our sauce. One minute on each side is enough for them to be ready to eat.
