CHURRASCO OR BARBECUE

The most popular dish is with bone-in beef skirt, pork ribs, chicken thigh and Creole chorizo.
To make a steak of ten, the ideal is to marinate the meat with one of our special sauces for meats a day before so that the meat soaks up all the flavor and smell of the spices, condiments, olive oil, wine, vinegar. and salt from our sauces.

PORK RIB
WITH CHURRASCO SAUCE, SPICY CHURRASCO OR CHIMICHURRI The OG Craft
To make this recipe, put the ribs in dressing with The OG Craft Churrasco or Chimichurri Sauce for at least an hour and add salt. Put the tray with the meat in the oven over medium heat for approximately 45 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn it over and when it reaches golden color it is ready to eat.
Serve with salad!
MOOROUN SKEWERS
WITH CHURRASCO SAUCE, SPICY CHURRASCO OR CHIMICHURRI The OG Craft
The meat for the skewers (pork or lamb) must be cut into cubes. Salt and season with The OG Craft Sauce and let it marinate for at least half an hour. Thread several pieces of meat on each skewer, put them on the grill so that they brown well, basting them with their own sauce. Once made, you can add The OG Craft Bravísima Sauce to taste.
Serve with chips, rice, pasta, etc.
